EQUIPMENT REPAIR
& MAINTENANCE
Our customers consistently rate our service in the 95% to
99% rating. Our technicians are bronze, silver and gold
certified by the MEDGroup - a national organization. They are
also factory trained and are required by REQ to have a minimum
of 12 hours of continuing education and training yearly. They
have a collective base of knowledge in rehab that exceeds most
in this area. We are prepared to serve you at our location or
yours.*

Product Selection
and Equipment Trial
It is always helpful and beneficial to try a product before
making that "Big" decision. REQ works at making that possible.
We have multiple ways that we can facilitate trial assessments.
Our 3000 square foot 'Warehouse Exploritorium' provides a
variety of products for you to see and try. We have an expansive
display of power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, scooters, seat
lift chairs, walkers and rollators, bath products and the
largest and most varied display of pediatric equipment in the
area. We have the capacity and willingness to arrange the trial
of other specific equipment on request. |

Assessment
With over 25 years of experience, REQ is well qualified to
determine the most appropriate solution for pediatric/adult
rehab and home medical equipment. We encourage and support a
team assessment approach consisting of Physician input,
Occupational and Physical Therapists. Of course, the most
important part of that team approach is you, your family and
your care givers. |

Customization
Guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance Funding
To assist our customers with the complexities of funding,
REQ is organized by teams that specialize in Medicare, Medicaid
and private insurance. This specialization approach provides the
customer with the assurance that your claims will be filed
timely and correctly. We respect and observe the prior
determination/authorization requirements of each specific
funding discipline to minimize the frustration of denials and
cross over cost to you. |

Education and
Training in the Use and Care of Your Equipment
It is part of our delivery process to demonstrate the use
and care of your equipment. For the life of your equipment there
is never a charge for additional training to maximize the
benefits or to answer any question about the equipment. |

Delivery
When a customer visits our location for selecting a product,
there is no charge for any delivery. There is also no charge for
shipping equipment or supplies based on funding regulations. |
|
Home Evaluation
If a customer has a specific physical limitation or requires
a home evaluation for mobility equipment use in their home, REQ
will provide the evaluation at the home at no charge. |

Cleaning and Disinfection of Equipment
Our automated cleaning and infection control system is
available to our customers on a yearly membership or on request.
Membership appointments are available on an unlimited basis for
cleaning. |

Professional Training for CEU's and Events
Throughout the year, REQ sponsors a number training programs
to the professional community. In addition, some programs are
open to our customers for their education of a new technology,
product choices, general education or just plain fun. REQ is
here for you. |
